  The food I had in the past was find, but I won't be back. I ordered a Cobb salad and I substitute the grilled chicken for spicy chicken. It's my staple meal from Wendy's. If they use the "substitute" function it doesn't charge me. But they enter it as "add" which adds $3. When I brought this up, they simply told me that I am wrong. So I canceled my order and drove to another Wendy's in a different community a few minutes away and did not pay the extra $3. I haven't been back since because it is the only thing I buy there. Note: someone in the past didn't charge me this $3 at this location, but I never know who will and who won't, so I'll just avoid the location.

  Cashier Richard was VERY friendly and a great person to have at the window! The other staff was friendly also. Food was hot and fresh! Fast service

  Why is the dining room closed? We are a deaf individual and was told to go drive through. My wife is hard of hearing and can barely hear them screaming in the drive through speaker. They are aware that we are deaf and they are aware that we were instructed to go through drive through. Why is dining room closed, they had 6 employees, which is enough to keep dining room open.
