    1 Star If I could leave zero stars, I would—but unfortunately that’s not an option. Stopped by the Wendy’s on S High Street today and was turned away at the drive-thru. I was told they are only accepting mobile orders because they only have two employees working. Meanwhile, there was no one in line and the parking lot was empty. If you’re open, you should be able to serve customers—especially when there’s no rush. Refusing service like this makes no sense and is incredibly frustrating. Won’t be coming back.

    I’ve worked in restaurants like Wendy’s, and when you’re out on the floor running food, you ask the person on the line to get you whatever items you’re missing. Two delivery drivers showed up, and she assembled their orders before mine—even though I’d ​​been waiting for about 10 minutes. That was really poor performance on her part.

    Took over 10 minutes in the drive thru at 2:00. Watched while they had a great time with the family in the front of the line while the rest of us had to wait.

    It is 6:17pm and the doors are locked to go inside. Yesterday they locked them when I left at around 6:55. I have my receipt. I can't go through drive through with the truck that I drive.This is really inconvenient and starting to piss me off. I come here atleast 3 times a week on my lunch break. Not anymore. I will be calling corporate.

    A few weeks ago on my way to work I placed an online order. I had it to where I pick it up inside. When I got there the drive thru was backed up to the road. I went to the door it was locked with a sign about being short staffed. Its not the first time I've seen this. Not only was wasn't able to get my food i ordered from somewhere else. And still late for work.
