  Two cars in front of me and none behind me for 20 minutes and no way to pull out since you are locked in. Paid $0.59 extra for an add on to an item and they did not. Manager dos NOT care. Told me I could go somewhere else. I think I will and can’t wait for robots to run this location in five years. Over priced Mexican pizza and cold food.

  Absolutely abysmal service. Stood waiting on a food delivery order for over 25 min. I asked at one point where my order was in line, because people who walked in 15 min after I was there, who ordered at the kiosk, as well as numerous other drivers got their orders first, the middle aged black guy got really gruff and lied and said they were working on it. No, no they were not. What a clown. This is not an isolated incident, either. It is consistently poorly run, and some of the staff (not all) are incredibly rude. Do notpuck up here as a driver, and do not order for delivery from this location if you want your food in a timely manner, they pick and choose whose orders they work on first, and it's a complete trainwreck. The 5th Ave in Grandview is a far better location, esp at night, fwiw, and even if it's a further drive, you will get it more promptly. Avoid like the plague.

  Two cars ahead of me in drive thru and I waited 40 minutes. They then advise they’re out of chicken, even though they took an order with chicken and then they gave me the wrong order even though my bag had the correct sticker went back to the store and they were disputing my return. The older gentleman working kept coughing into his gloves and the teens working or on their phone while they were wearing gloves and we’re not changing gloves this Taco Bell is disgusting. Please avoid it. how is this place still open? I have heard stories about how terrible it has been for years and finally had the displeasure of seeing it for myself.

  They do fast food right. Without saying "cheap" it's very affordable. Friendly staff.

  My favorite Taco place on high street. The Tacos are delish and the chips are crunchy . And the lettuce is Always crisp. There were only 2 workers today.. but they never disappoint. Joshua was my cashier
