  EVERY TIME WE ORDER HERE, THEY GET OUR ORDER WRONG!! NEVER FAILS! IT HAPPENED AGAIN TODAY! THIS BRANCH SUCKS.

  I placed a web order yesterday to be picked up via Drive Thru. When I arrived 10 minutes later, the order was not ready and I felt they rushed. It wasnt busy at all and no one was in the drive thru.One of the items I ordered was Cheese Quesadillas, and this is what I received. There was no cheese filling or sauce. I have been eating them for years, so I know what they should be like. What I got was a folded tortilla with some liquid spread like butter. Along with that was crunch bean burrito. At this point just close the place instead of robbing people of their money. 3 start for service, because the lady at thr window upgraded by drink to large for free.

  Must be a columbus Ohio thing,kfc couldn't read a ticket for chicken tenders,so wrnt taco bell to have 2 NON deluxe boxes ND again manager was very rude,as I told kfc I'll make sure bank doesn't process charge and u will be notified from corporate and trust me I'll use that gift card elsewhere call trash
