  Waited 20 minutes to have my order taken to end up going next door to Burger King. Need new employees there.

  this is honestly the worst taco bell i’ve ever gone to. i never leave reviews but i feel like i have to for this place. I always come here in the afternoon and the wait time for inside and drive through is always 30+ mins for no reason. there have been so many times where i’m waiting to order and the workers are just sitting outside smoking.. and almost every time when i get my food they miss something or get it totally wrong. this place sucks lol

  Immediately tells me we are out of beef for 30 mins. That means who ever was working is not keeping an eye on how many back ups there are. It comes in a frozen bag put in a hot water bath for 45 mins. Nothing I get has beef on it but I already lowered my expectations. Then it took almost 5 mins. The food was so sloppy and falling out everywhere. Idk why it's that slow and sloppy when it's called "fast food." I used to work at tbell- no reason it should take that long for one 2 item order and I'm the only car in line. Inside was not busy either. Lastly, my order was made incorrectly. Can't read, can't prep, can't be fast and can't put together a presentable item. What can you do?
