  Stopped at the Eastland location on Hamilton Rd..went inside and was greeted by the self ordering kiosk-- not a fan..lol...also surprised that the number of Xtra charge add-ons ..paid .90 for sour cream but as usual it was only in 1 spot...since I am paying an extra dollar will have it on the side...gave 4 stars for food because my hard Taco was STALE...I wish they would have had some Cinco de Mayo specials

  Yall literally forget sauces like what’s the point of giving the option? It’s giving your employees are lazy. There’s always an issue.

  This is the 5th time Ordering the supreme dip with EXTRA beef for 2 cups and 4 cups in the past where they CHARGE but don’t put any meat whatsoever or no extra. Not sure who has been working and making these but it’s a more recent issue. Somebody there makes these perfect but here lately they just charge the fee but no product

  Ordered a Burrito Supreme, no onions, at the kiosk. Well, they left off the onions. They also left off the beef. Completely unsatisfying. When you're paying $6.39 for one item, it should damn well have meat in it!

  Not a single table clean. Acting manager or supervisor somewhat nice but not running the shift. He was "just there" and preoccupied with the closing of the dining room. 700pm came and literally witnessed the same manager, asking people to leave the restaurant and to the ones that were placing orders on the terminal inside the restaurant; he told them to go and place their orders on the drive thru. Napkin and condiment section not restocked and messy. Drink station very dirty. Avoid this place. Noticed employees not washing hands after coming back to the food preparation area.
