  Tried going through the drive thru and was told they aren't taking anymore drive thru orders because of door dash. If that's the case they need to hire more people or just have separate hours for ordering in the drive through. I ended up stuck in the drive thru for awhile too because the car ahead of me was waiting on an order so I couldn't even leave.

  Very bad experience. I had an emergency and urgently needed to use the restroom, but they refused with no understanding or basic human decency. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. I do not recommend this place.

  This Taco Bell makes other Taco Belles look like Michelin starred restaurants. I’ve been a few times and always had a poor experience (missing items typically) but have not left a review up until now because I know the staff is overworked and underpaid, and I didn’t feel it would be fair to them. However, on my most recent visit it took over an hour to receive my drive-through order. I was told to wait in the parking lot after paying because “the potatoes aren’t ready” and I sat there for ~40 minutes. Finally I went inside only to be completely ignored by staff for another 30 minutes as I tried to get their attention. FINALLY someone noticed me and revealed that, you guessed it, my order had been completed ages ago and was sitting behind the counter. Needless to say, the food was cold and that was an hour of my life I’ll never get back. This experience made me realize that even if you’re craving the Bell, even if nothing else is open late at night, under no circumstances is it worth going to this location.
