  They were out of black beans and told me to pull up and they'd bring out my order. 20 minutes later I walked in and they still hadn't made any new beans. Then still took another 10 minutes to switch my beans and get my order

  No one at all there, yet will pull you forward to a parking space to fake their drive thru times. You can order just ONE item and it will still be completely wrong. Don't bother telling them any modifications, they will charge you for them, sure, but you will NOT get them. Avoid this taco bell, even if you have to drive to another STATE to get tacos.

  Okay.So the first time I went there, the economy sucked, they don't have no chicken like how are you gonna have chicken in their menu? But it's not even done. And last they said it was gonna take ten to fifteen minutes just for some nacho fries

  Getting told “ come inside to place a order at a kiosk because its shift change “ might just be the dumbest thing I’ve been told while pulling up at the drive through … first time in 39 years I’d heard that excuse …. I will not be back to this location hire better people

  Stopped here after being on the road for 2 hours, had to ask to use the restroom, the girl told me to hold on…. Finally a different girl took an order and I asked her, she walked me to the restroom and punched in a code! Ordered via the kiosk and waited. Tossed my order on the counter, I asked if I could have the drinks also…. Oh you didn’t get your drink yet? Why no I haven’t, ok what did you have. I filled my drinks and grabbed sauce, no napkins in the front so I go back to the counter and ask for some, yeah gimme a minute… meanwhile there’s two girls in the back doing nothing. The only one answering is running the drive thru. After a few minutes I reiterated that I need napkins. Another girl came up and told me I should be patient. As I stood there with food… there you go!
