  The manager needs to be fired, as he is not capable of being a manager. If he remains in this position, the rating will continue to go down. The best decision would be to remove him, as he is not fit for the role and does not provide proper leadership or customer service. To be a manager, you need basic professionalism, accountability, and the ability to handle customer issues properly—none of which were shown in him.

  Worst workers and worst manager, all of whom have no customer service skills at all. This entire team showed a complete lack of professionalism and basic respect for customers. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes, they blamed the delivery driver and the customer, which is unacceptable. There was no effort to fix the issue, no apology, and no attempt to provide proper service. The attitude from everyone involved was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the entire interaction. This location clearly does not follow basic customer service standards. A simple request turned into repeated hang-ups and disrespect instead of a solution. This is not how customers should be treated under any circumstance. Whoever owns this Taco Bell franchise: if you want your rating to improve, you need to start by removing the manager, then the other workers, and replacing them with people who are respectful and actually know how to run a business and provide proper customer service.

  I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with my recent $30 order. The food was completely unacceptable, as it was missing the sauces that were clearly listed as part of the items I ordered. These sauces are essential, and without them, the entire meal tasted awful and not worth what I paid. To make matters worse, I took extra steps to ensure this wouldn’t happen. I personally called my delivery driver and asked him to inform the staff to include the sauces. He did relay the message, and despite that, the restaurant still failed to include them. This shows a complete lack of attention and care in preparing orders. When I contacted the restaurant, the situation became even worse. The workers hung up on me three times while I was simply trying to get clarification about my order. When the manager finally answered, his behavior was shockingly unprofessional—he kept rushing the conversation, repeatedly saying “next, next,” and was clearly trying to push me off the call instead of addressing the issue. This level of disrespect is completely unacceptable. Both the workers and the manager showed zero accountability, no willingness to help, and no basic customer service. Instead of resolving the problem, I was told to come in person just to pick up sauces, while my concerns about the poor quality of the food were completely ignored. This level of customer service is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the location. If you don’t know how to do basic customer service, then you all should not be working there. This is exactly why your rating is below 4.0.

  Last time I go here for food. Order a Crunchwrap supreme meal and all I got was a piece of chick when I unpacked my order. Very disappointed. Like I said last time I go there for any kind of food.
