  I usually like this location the staff is always friendly but today the food was not great - all the veggies looked old and they had only been open a couple hours so that means it was left overs from the day before - cucumbers were wet and slimy and the tomatoes what was left in the bin were gross looking and the lettuce was brown and tan color -

  Subway store number 1031 address 3912 E Broadway. Had false advertisement I saw a sign on the door that had new 6in subs for 3.99 when I asked about it they said they couldn’t do anything but give me 10percent off but they couldn’t give me that deal. They had me waiting in the lobby for 15 minutes waiting on the district manager to answer the phone. She answered and said she can’t give the deal regardless if they have signs inside and outside the door. They then proceeded to take care of someone else and then me. The customer said you’ve been patiently waiting you go ahead. They proceeded to see service her. I was nothing but polite and just wanted the deal that was presented on the sign. They are rude and upset because I was frustrated because they are false advertising.

  The food handler was not wearing a hair net for there facial hair the sandwich was not cut they didn’t have menu items on hand they were out of inventory items it was not clean in the lobby I can’t imagine what the food prep area/kitchen looks like
