  I'm shocked, shocked, by the sheer incompetence displayed in the preparation of my order. No onions became extra onions, two turkey subs became a mystery meal, and the chicken teriyaki was a travesty. I can only assume that your kitchen is staffed by people who have never actually cooked before. I am assuming there was a miscommunication regarding my order. I explicitly requested no onions, yet my meal contained extra. I ordered two turkey subs, but what I received was not as requested. Due to the error, I was unable to verify the contents of the sandwich. Furthermore, my chicken teriyaki had only three pieces of chicken served on a bed of unappetizing slop.

  We walked in at 10:08pm, it is currently 10:32pm and the guy is just now making our sandwiches. The gentleman seems distracted, he has earphones in and has had to ask us to repeat our orders. He keeps having to look back to the menu on how to make the sandwiches and just seems to be taking his sweet time to be honest. I work in the food industry and I am grateful for people who work making our food, it's just not the right type of attitude to have when making someone's food. As well as we were the only 2 people in the store, other than the lady waiting on her online order when we arrived, for the whole duration of our time and he didn't acknowledge us. I understand being one person serving multiple but communication is key to a professional and respectful experience. We finally received our food at 10:45pm
