The employee wanted to give me extra salami and pepperoni since they were out of ham. I asked to substitute chicken for the ham. She looked confused and then said the chicken would cost extra. I asked her: you don't have what comes on the sandwich so even though I ask for a reasonable substitute, you want to charge me more? She reiterated that she would give me extra salami and pepperoni. I told her I wanted a regular portion of those meats and simply replace the ham with chicken which doesn't seem unreasonable since she doesn't have the ham. She finally acquiesced but I had to be argumentative. Should have just not ordered anything. I don't live here so I won't be back. But I would not recommend going to this particular place for anyone who does live in Columbus.
