I order uber from here often becuase I love their drinks however almost every time something is missing. They constantly forget on of our drinks. After contacting uber each time over this issue uber will only reimburse you a couple of times. However this is unfair becuase the store should be penalized for continuously messing up customers orders instead of having the customer eat the cost. Three in one week I’ve had to personally go to the store to get the missing item because uber will no longer help and the workers do not double check the orders before sending them out! Today I was highly irritated because the workers refisef to give me my missing item evb though I had photos of the delivery with the missing drink and my receipt. He couldn’t even look at it and told me he wouldn’t be able to help. So becuase of their incompetence I am just out of money. The economy is too bad to play around with people’s money. Do not order from here. They are incompetent and will not make it right. Better to choose a different sonic if you can or just don’t go there at all

Ordering is an actual nightmare. When I walk up to the board, an employee said I have to order online instead of taking my order. When I tried to do that, it took a half hour with no success. Safe yourself the hassle and order from another location.
Note: I did try calling as well but the phone didn't even pick up.

I ordered $14 worth of food at this location an hour before google and the sonic app told be they were supposed to close. The app let me place the order. The drive through was closed so I parked in a stall and the app wouldn’t let me put in a number. My boyfriend tried to talk to the employees but all they said is that they were closed and wouldn’t talk to us. Never got my order. If they closed early and that was the case, the app orders should’ve been shut down first.
Absolutely ridiculous.

If I could give negative 50 stars I would! This specific location sucks! Don't check in online because it doesn't do any good at all. I sat there for more than 30 mins then demanded fresh food be made because it was cold! She comes back out 15 mins later with supposed fresh food. I get home to cold food & shredded cheese that was completely melted & stuck to the packaging and the coney buns were as soggy as could be! She had to use a translator on her phone to even understand that I was asking for a manager and supposedly there wasn't one there. Whatever! Believe me when I tell you to get out of your car & go get your food! Her exact words "we don't know when people are waiting outside". Then why the heck does it tell you to check in on the app??!!! NEVER AGAIN at this location!!!!!!
