  This may seem surprising but I stopped to get yep huge cups of ice! They have the good stuff and it’s a great option to fill water bottles for sports games!

  Sat at the intercom for 10 mins just to order then sat at the window for almost 20 just to pay and receive my food the food was cold super slow service very poor food do better this is ridiculous

  Horrible customer service. Couldn’t be reasonable. Wouldn’t let me order because they didn’t answer me at the drive thru after waiting and saying hello. These people don’t have human decency.

  Honestly, my worst experience for food I've had at sonic. I once was not only an employee for Sonic, but I was a corporate trainer whom also opened this specific location. The food was the worst experience I've ever had at any Sonic location and I worked at 32 locations. If I was able to still reach out to the franchise owners or operators, I would give a vivid description of the entire experience in great detail. I not only waited 2x or 3x the acceptable time but was just utterly surprised anyone expedited such food. From the viciously hard tator tots, to the ordered "light" American dog condiments that were actually doused in relish, and smoothered in both ketchup/mustard; the entire meal was attempted to be consumed but truly was entirely un-edible. I had a good cream-slush but even that was subpar unfortunately. It's disheartening to see such a great place become such an unappealing prospect for future visits. I'm available to give further statements on the visit but I truly hope there is some changes made because if I experienced such during non-busy hours, I can't imagine what others may experience during rush hours or peak times. I really hope this is a moment of clarity and something positive comes from these comments. Yours truly, AJ Warren.
