  PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS SONIC IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR LIFE TO BE RUINED BY FALSE ACCUSATIONS BY THE AWFUL STAFF!!!!! On my birthday, almost a year ago, i was out of town spending the day with my siblings. (2 hours away with plenty documentation) my child sister who is a minor, asked me to order food for her at this location and i did. I personally have never eaten at this sonic or any other in over a decade. I downloaded the app to place the order and got a call from her asking me to cancel because it was taking way too long. So i did and thought that was the end of it. A month later, i get a call from a detective asking me if i broke the drive thru window on my birthday and i was shocked but said absolutely not, i was out of town, and explained rhe situation. I offered to send proof, i told him my baby sister was a child that didn’t drive so she couldnt have done it either. He begins to start yelling and accusing me of it so i asked him if i needed an attorney to which he replied no, if im not guilty i dont need one, and basically was just saying that i needed to admit to it. I got upset because i offered him proof, the car he mentioned wasnt remotely close to mine, so i hung up. He left me a voicemail cursing me out and saying he was charging me with criminal damaging. I rolled my eyes and went on with my life because i didn’t have anything to hide! Fast forward to around Christmas time, i found out i had court for this so i attend and it was dismissed. Two days before Christmas, my job fires me, (i worked for the state at my DREAM Job) because they said i had a WARRANT for my arrest!!!! I couldn't believe it!! I called this specific store of 65 times in two days with no answer, called the customer service line with promises of escalation with no call back. I spent Christmas at home devastated because i couldn't be with my family for something i didnt do l and had lost my state job because of it!!!here we are in April, there have been 4 additional court dates, and my “attorney” said that the manager, Kayla, got my email address, looked me up on fb, and said i looked close enough to this supposed window breaker. Finally, almost a year later and 8 court dates later, prosecutors offered to completely drop all charges IF i pay 500 bucks for the window! I read the reviews here and no wonder someone had confrontation with staff because every review is about the awful staff! About 12 years ago, a sonic employee stole my bank card and spent 600 dollars on it after pretending to lose it when paying for my food. Sonic sent me gift cards and gave me the money back but i haven't eaten there since !!! And then to owe them 500 bucks when ive lost EVERYTHING behind this is absolutely crazy!!!!! I’ve struggled to get a job because of this open case so i feel like the only way to get it fixed is to pay for something i didnt do!!!!! I HATE sonic and will totally be pursuing legal action when this is all said and done and getting my 500 bucks back!!! The car they have wasnt mine, license plate wasnt mine, and i am a female and the person in video looked like a male !!!!! For the employee to get me wrapped up in their mess is devastating to say the least but I will be suing her, sonic, and franklin county for loss of wages, violation of my 6th amendment rights, emotional distress and suffering, slander, defamation, and wrongful accusation, as well as discrimination. Mark my words. Please dont eat here if you dont want to end up like me! Trust the reviews and dont get tangled into crime over a burger and a shake!

  I went through the drive thru to order 1 drink and the girl told me they are only taking door dash and mobile orders? Due to being short staffed. I asked her, she can’t make one drink? She said no. That’s comical because what would happen if door dash or mobile order didn’t exist? They would just shut down right? Idk that was tacky and unprofessional. These chains are getting too reliant on these apps and hire staff who can keep up with work, if you can’t make a single drink when there are absolutely no cars in the drive though or booths you’re just downright lazy.

  Couldnt order... Literally said door dash or orser ahead only. Tried to order on the app.. It didnt work 😂 😂 😂 😂 And to top it off they were upset at me?

  Placed an order for delivery around 1130 pm. This place confirmed the order was picked up, closed early, never actually made the food or gave the food to the driver, screwing over both the driver and myself. Waited over an hour to find out they closed early and lied about it. 0/10 completely lazy will never be getting food here again.
