  This store is so unsanitary and poorly run! Managers bringing their toddlers to work to help make pizzas-IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS, which is ILLEGAL. the store is a mess, pizzas are never correct. We've always had to wait just to have a simple order remade. No one seems properly trained. Never had a moment where we don't walk in and there's already more than a dozen angry customers in lobby waiting for their food while the place is a mess and staff is messing around on oven. For God's sake. It's pizza. How is it confusing? How are you all this incompetent? This store needs shut down. Unbelievable.

  Terrible, Unprofessional place! Submitted my order just for them to not patiently check, and lied and said maybe it's another store. Which turned out to be a lie! I will no longer go to this location. Also they said they ran out of plates to they no longer give out plates. Very cheap location! GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION!

  Ordered wings, a medium pizza and garlic breadsticks. Garlic breadsticks weren't even cooked. Tried contacting customer service and got the run around with some ai bot crap. I'm done with Papa John's.

  I ordered a pan pizza with pepperoni for carryout along with another medium original crust pizza with onions and green and a side of parmesean breads ticks. The pan pizza did not have any pepperoni on it..only cheese. I called back several times and was left on hold with nobody ever picking up the phone to speak to me. HORRIBLE customer service! Its no wonder Papa John's is planning to close a large number of stores across the country. Why go there when a simple pizza order is wrong and nobody will answer the phone when you call
