  Spent $40 + $10 to for delivery. Asked for a large stuffed crust with 5 toppings, got a traditional crust with 3 toppings. Their customer feedback website seems deliberately difficult to navigate. There are about 50 other places to get pizza in Gahanna, so save yourself and skip it.

  I bought the carry out special. Two large pizzas. I asked for napkins and crushed red peppers. He gave me 4 packets…for Two large pizzas. I said,”I have two large pizzas. I need more than 4.”… he proceeded to tell me that they’re .25¢ a piece… I repeated what he said questioning him. I declined paying.25¢ each, he shrugged his shoulders and walked away. I’m offended… I paid $25 for pizza and could only have 4 small packets of crushed red peppers .

  Didn’t answer any calls one night that I didn’t receive my delivery order and had to call a different phone number just to at the very least get a refund, that number also called the store and nobody answered. Ordered again a couple weeks later and didn’t receive my order and when I called, some lady started accusing me of raising my voice at her when I tried to let her know that nobody there answered the phone on the first night I didn’t receive my order. She kept putting words in my mouth and talking over me and I tried to re explain that I was simply saying that they weren’t answering the phone over the span of 5 hours the night (which I think is pretty unacceptable) and that I didn’t receive my order and just wanted a refund at the very least, and she wouldn’t let me speak, kept telling me that she was a woman and I shouldn’t raise my voice.. even though I wasn’t even raising my voice she just kept cutting me off every time I spoke so i was trying to speak very clearly to her which she somehow took as yelling..? I just ended up having to hang up because I guess customers are always wrong, by her logic. Just say you don’t wanna take accountability. Really bad location. Also doesn’t follow all of the edits I made on my pizza when the app asks for cut type and toppings.

  The customer service at this place is phenomenal, we incorrectly ordered a meat pizza and we dont eat any pizza. But when we called the woman manager in charge switched it out as a personal favor and made our dinner. Not many places do this without any changes to the delivery time. This is customer service at its best!!

My family appreciates your hard work & strong positive spirit, and we're sorry to see that you still had to field numerous food delivery orders on top of the large load of carry-out orders!
