  Avoid this location at all costs. The employees will ignore you and are extremely rude. I understand stores are busy sometimes, but a simple explanation would've sufficed.

  Absolutely outstanding service and pizza at the Papa John's on Sawmill Road! I ordered a couple of pizzas and they came out hot, fresh, and perfectly cooked with all the toppings loaded just right. What really made the visit special was Tammy — she was working the counter and was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful from the moment I walked in. She double-checked my order, made sure it was exactly what I wanted, and even added some dipping sauces. Her positive attitude and great customer service turned a simple pizza run into a truly enjoyable experience. This location is lucky to have her! We'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend. Thanks for the great meal!

  This is a pick up place with a few chairs. Do not expect to sit down. This a favorite foe my kids. Lately they have been short staffed March Madness Sunday had ONE worker who was moving fast to take care of everyone Bless her

  I found a long black piece of hair in my pizza, I called the restaurant asked for the manager and she seemed like she didn't care, won't order again from this place and will notify corporate. I was also told they don't wear hair nets

  I am not one to give nice reviews, but this one gets a 12/10. The amount of staff on duty, combined with how busy they are, they still provide some of the best papa johns I have ever had. They provide a consistent product, strive to ask how it was and strive to make the perfect pizza. I ordered a Large, extra pepperoni, extra cheese pizza, well done ($9.99 deal). I did do Carryout because I think that’s the best way to get your pizza. No blaming the weather, traffic, and whatnot = fresh pizza review. Perfection. Derric is the one who gets my perfect pizza award for 2025 AND 2026.
