  I placed a pickup order before going there. I walked inside and on the screen it said my order was ready. I didn't walk up to the counter right away in case they were still making it. Eventually I walk up and one of the workers behind the counter makes eye contact and smiles. She finishes what she was making and put it further down the counterand continues having a conversation with her coworker. I then speak up and say I am waiting on an order that says ready. She asks the name and i tell her and she says I just finished it. What happens to them saying the name when it's done and why have an order showing its done but not having finished it yet. The is also the 2nd time I've gone to that panera where I walk up to the pickup counter and anyone working behind the counter ignores me.

  For the prices Panera charges, the service and order accuracy should be top-tier. Unfortunately, my visit today was anything but. I walked into an empty front counter and eventually had to track down staff at the pickup window just to place an order. After being told you were out of white cheddar, and then later informed you were out of chicken salad, I settled for modified options. Despite these concessions, neither my order nor my coworker’s order was correct when we received them. For a premium brand, this level of service is disappointing and unacceptable.

  Delivery at this location sucks on door dash end and on the store. They constantly mess up orders, burn food, and are out of things. Then the door dash takes over an hour to get here every time. The store is only 7 minutes from my house if I order at 7am why is it getting here by 8:10am?? I’m a high schooler if I had means of transportation I would get it my self but in the meantime they need to fix this. It’s very very frustrating

  Got some yummy sandwiches in the pick 2 combo, and the mac and cheese is always good. However my cinnamon roll was loosely tossed into a bag, no box or anything, just felt a little strange about this. It’s so hard it can just be tossed into and not get frosting all over it. There wasn’t anything wrapping it, just lonely in this paper bag. I don’t really want to fish my pastry out of the bottom of a paper bag and this made me feel weird.

  NO ONE CLEAN TABLES I CAME SOMETIME AND PEOPLE FINISHED EATING AND I WANT TO SIT DOWN AND MESSING AND NOT CLEAN ENOUGH I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY . i SAW NOTICE NOONE DID NOT CLEAN EQIPMENT OVEN FOR SANDWISH . SOMETIME SHOW MESS . NOTHING MAKE SHINE AND LOOK NEW . WHAT HAPPED THE VERY BEST CINN ROLL I WAS COME SO OFTEN AND THEY CHANGED IT . I DONT LIKE IT .ARE YOU TRYING CHANGE THE FOOD AND MAKE LESS PEOPLE COME EAT AND TOO MANY PEOPLE STAYING AND NO PLACE TO SEAT ; I NOTICE FEW PEOPLE BRING LAPTOP FOR STUDY IT IS PLACE TO STUDY . IT IS PLACE FOR PEOPLE COME TO EAT NOT STUDY AND FREE USE YOUR POWER. THANK YOU
