  I've had too many issues with this place. From online orders not being there to beverages out, items not in stock. etc. I'm going elsewhere.

  1 star only bc I dont get the option to put a zero. 11 dollar blt for my dinner and they send it out through door dash with what appears to be one slice of bacon broke in pieces. This certainly isn't what they advertised. Thats my dinner! What good is it for door dash to give me 11 in credits if I dont have the money to pay another driver to bring it to me? So now I dont eat. I understand mistakes happen but thats not what this is. I was ripped off by panera bc they knew I couldnt personally bring it back for a refund. This sandwich shouldve never been served to ANYONE. People, as much as they charge in comparison to the rest of the fast food chains- we should expect top notch services every time. This is just foul.

  I do not make a habit of posting reviews but in this case, I felt it is warranted. You should never reprimand an employee in front of customers. On 3/4/26 I visited this location during the lunch hour. There was a young man of special needs working hard to keep the dining areas clean. The manager on duty reprimanded him, and not so nicely, about removing trash in front of customers. He was working so hard and was doing a great job. It was also apparent, how much pride he took in his work. I just believe this to be unprofessional and you can tell, how hurt this man was after his talking to. In addition, this same manager was complaining to her staff about having to spend hours in the meeting room for ongoing education. This is also not something the customers should be hearing about. I hope a session on how to treat employees and how to behave professionally was part of the e-learning classes she was taking today. Let's hold onto people who take pride in their work, instead of belittling them. There may be a backstory to this, but it does not matter.....what matters is that this manager behaved badly and exhibited behavior that should not be permitted in a leadership role.
