  I gave them the code they did not understand it. They made a mistake with the code and then they’re blaming me that you gave us the wrong code. I showed it to the manager and the manager started yelling at me and then I left the restaurant and he started showing me different signs that’s really pathetic. Never coming back to this restaurant.i also asked manager his name he said i am not gonna tell you my name but the other employee told me his name was miguel or something like that

  so rude for no reason i just wanted another ranch and they were being rude. I also wanted to pay separate ways and some worker named miguel continued to shake his head and acted very annoyed just because I wanted to pay separate ways. Worst mcdonald’s ever

  They forgot to give me my chicken nuggets, I went back to go get them and they treated me like I was trying to scam them. They never gave me a receipt and were like ‘ sorry we can’t give you anything without a receipt’ as if they hadn’t just taken my order like 10 minutes beforehand. It was ridiculous!

  I normally go here, with my 6 year old on Saturdays. The burgers especially the new on the Big Arch. Are pretty good for what they are, its enjoyable. But my fries almost always come out cold. And I never really paid attention. Once my kid gets past the McDonald's stage. I most likely come back... but there has to be done with the overall quality... let alone handling fries with out a gloves It's easy enough to touch the fries... when grabbing for the pre set up fry boxes. This would be exactly why they are almost always cold... its no point in ordering them.. I tend to avoid fast food as much as I can. But being there are not many locations with in door parks with food. But I am willing to drive longer to find places. As McDonald's food has almost always been lacking. I give them props on the new burger.. but everything else is very sub par.

  We stood in line for over a half hour while they breezed through the drive thru...and after that we didn't have half our order....missing a kids meal...and sandwiches were wrong. We don't get to eat out much in these days...was supposed to be a TREAT...it was NOT THAT....My family is eating and I am not. Got hung up on when I tried to call😔 What happened to the good old days where people FIXED their mistakes. Will never go again, at least not here....if I get the opportunity to "treat" myself again...I'll go to Wendys WORST MCDONALD'S EVER....makes me not want to ever go again
