  Terrible service. Waited over 20 minutes for curbside pickup and no one ever showed up. After getting the he food inside it was cold and mushy. Rude staff and terrible experience.

  I placed a mobile order and went to pick it up on my way to work Sunday morning. It was after 6AM. I came to the drive thru and there was static in the line at the one order line. I went to the other one and no one ever came on. I drove up to the first window and there were 3 women inside. 1 was directly at the window. None of them looked at me or attempted to provide me service. I had already placed my order and pad for it through the app. I am still waiting at the window while they are all inside, not looking at me or trying to help me. The girl just came to the window again and wouldn’t even look at me. Another car is now behind me in line. She just came out of the office and looked right at me and walked away. The woman in the office just looked at me and looked away. A woman came out washing windows and I grabbed her attention. She went to the 2nd window and told them there were cars at the first window and she waved me down to the second window. There were two ladies at that window. She asked me what my order was. I informed her I had been waiting for over 15 mins and no one came on the speaker or at the first window to help me get my order and they just blatantly ignored me. She asked me again what my order was. I told her that she went and got it. While I was pulling away, there was a line full of cars behind me now. I am not understanding what the issue was that they couldn’t help their customers this location always has issues.

  If you want food after between 3 to 4 dont go here they are to lazy to make food while during this time won’t respond to drive through or phone calls I get being underpaid but if you need better pay dont work fast food 🤯

  In town for 4 days working 3rd shift and was told this morning that they ARE NOT 24 hrs.. they dont have any signs posted and claim they aren't allowed to post a sign with the hours. I placed a mobile order and sit in the drive through for about 10 mins before pulling to the wondow and being told.. "we're not open"

  This location provided the worst experience for me. When I was in line to give my order, the girl spoke for a few seconds and then no one reacted for 10-15 minutes. I tried repeating "hello" and "is anyone able to take my order?" but no one responded. However, she was receiving orders from the next line. After waiting so long, I went up to the first window, and as I was leaving, she took the car behind my order. I walked to the window and informed her I had been waiting so long for my order to be processed, but no one responded. She smiled lightly, as if laughing. She then took my order, which included a Mc chicken, six nuggets with buffalo and ranch sauce, and a medium cola.After paying, I went to the next window to get my food and there was no drink so I told the lady there that I had a medium coke and the lady had a very harsh tone and told me "No you didn't pay for it" and I said "Yes i did, i had asked for one" and she continued to speak in that tone and handed me my receipt and said that I didn't have it but I had asked for it. The girl who took my order forgot to include it. I then asked if I could just pay for it, and she told no, I needed to place my order again in line. I didn't want to deal with the whole situation again, so I left. It was a waste of time, and I had to deal with the worst employees there. Never returning to that location again.
