  Terrible service , ordered breakfast didn’t get that so the drive through person didn’t even give me an option to cancel my order or get something else they just cancelled my order and said sorry about it .. u haven’t ate since yesterday and I love this McDonald’s I will never come back to this one . I am always going back to the one on W broad st !

  Just want to make sure this negative review gets out there. I ordered a double fish and received a single but paid for a double. My grandsons apples were not in his happy meal. It's ridiculous that your job is to fill orders all day and simple things get missed and 2 errors in one order. It's not like this crap is free.

  One of the worst experiences of any McDonald's in Columbus. Do not come to this location unless you would like... 1. The order taker who doesn't listen, who doesnt ring up what you tell him, who is rude and wont even look at you. 2. Extremely long wait because all of the other customers in line have issues with their orders. 3. Have to come in even though we were in drive thru. 4. Have a rude manager who wouldn't re make a sandwich that they messed up....and just give you the patty (without cheese by the way) or say that they would charge for another sandwich if you dont accept that. 5. Have cold food because of the wait for our mess ups to be fixed. 6. Hearing the order taker yelling at people because hes mad. Other than that... it was an ok experience.. Did I mention dont go to this location? Or maybe try Bk or Wendy's instead?

  I can never get my food in a good time always waiting hours for deliveries why do yall only staff 2 people in the building at night

  Typically we go to this location, 619 harrisburg pike columbus oh 43223, out of convenience as it's closer. When we go there, we wait in the line longer than need be when you're the only person in the line. At specifically 8:55pm on 3.12.26 we were finally acknowledged in the drive thru. We started to put in our order and the person who was taking it was unprofessional. We were in mid sentence trying to state our order and we just heard them laugh, having their own personal conversation. We asked if they heard what we were ordering and they laughed saying "Yeah, I'm listening." We just pulled away. We went out of our way to go to a location, 1377 harrisburg pike columbus oh 43223, and that they provided better service and fresh food.
