  Food and service definitely is pretty good and decently affordable for mcdonalds. Only thing id recommend against is going late at night to get a quick bite. Service around midnight usually tends to vary quite a bit. Sometimes we get someone that actually is nice and seems to be doing okay, other days there'll be someone that doesnt care and just wants to go home. From working in similar jobs I get that, but seeing someone that basically stares at you like the devil can be undesirable. Also late at night only 1 windows will be open so you can sit there waiting for 15-30 minutes for your order. So TLDR; Its pretty good mostly during the day but late at night you might not want to go if youre in a hurry.

  Worse location on the west side of columbus.. terrible staff. And management.. Rude to customers and doordash drivers..

  Lamar the third shift manager was one of THE BEST employees ive met in any fast food. Really understanding and customer service oriented. When our order got stolen, no hesitation to remake all of it and more for the inconvenience when we messed up repeating him the order even though it was small. Definitely deserves some type of reward/bonus!!!!

  The third shift manager Lamar was so helpful and accommodating when our mobile order was messed up and accidentally taken! He went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of, especially in the middle of the night.

  Ordered the new big arch definitely not worth the money I thought it was the worst sandwich you have double quarter pounder with cheese is better and a lot cheaper
