  Online orders mean nothing to this location, while waiting for my mobile order i watched 4 peoples orders wrong, one gentleman was waiting for his other part of the meal for atleast 20 minutes. terrible location. Staff was in back saying “send me on break already” “She work here she know how it goes” and being extremely rude while they cant work as a team and process orders as they come

  This is by far the best McDonald’s I’ve been to in Columbus. Everything is always made fresh and done perfectly. The staff is amazing and the restrooms are clean.

  I come to this McDonald’s location often for breakfast, so this experience was really disappointing. I ordered oatmeal, which is supposed to come with cranberries and apple slices, but when I opened my bag, neither of those items were included. Instead, I was given a kids’ apple slice pack that had only ONE slice of apple in it—and it was set to expire the next day. That’s honestly unacceptable. If the proper toppings weren’t available, I would have appreciated being told upfront so I could’ve decided whether I still wanted the item. Substituting it with a nearly empty pack without saying anything feels careless and disrespectful. I hope this location can do better with communication and quality control moving forward.
