  If you go through the drive through no matter what you get they will tell you to pull around the corner and will have you waiting for at least 20 min. The service is horrible. It used to be good but it has since went down hill bad .. stay away from this one go to the one on Main Street in Hilliard

  First, charging $.25 for one syrup cup is incredibly petty. I recently switched from Night Shift to days and will be eating breakfast every day but it won't be at McDonald's. Your competitors still give free syrup cups so that's where I'll be headed three or four times a week. Also the food was cold. I get McDonald's franchisees are low profit margin but charging $.25 for syrup cups is not a smart business decision.

  Not one of the machines for the order yourself kiosks had reciept paper to see what my order number was. It flashed on the screen for a second and I couldn't see what my number was. I tried to Go to the counter to pay cash and even though several workers saw me standing there and no one came over or acknowledged me. The restrooms didn't have any toilet paper just McDonald's napkins. Extremely understaffed and extremely out of stock of necessary items. I know it's not the workers faults because they are probably overworked. Do better McDonald's.

  I believe this to be the nicest McDonald's I've ever been at. Very clean beautiful building cool decoration. Bit of a language barrier with a staff member or two but otherwise top-notch!!

  If you eat inside you will be pleasantly surprised! 5 star experience. They bring you the food. Solid! Bathroom urinals for males had ice in them??? I'm not sure if thats the most healthy thing for bringing the ice buckets in the bathroom, and dumping ice in the urinals .. 😳🙈 However!!!! It was probably the coolest thing I've ever experienced at a restroom, ever. Ice in the urinal. Nice touch.
