  I want to take a moment to thank you for the excellent service I received. Juan assisted me in an incredibly kind, respectful, and professional manner. You can really tell when someone takes pride in their work and has a great attitude, and he truly made a difference in my day. You definitely have a great person on your team. Thank you very much for the attention and excellent service!

  Bad atmosphere, obnoxiously loud customers, and a hangout spot for the homeless. Do yourself a favor and skip this location, if its your only option use the drive thru. I was there with my teenage daughter and regretted dining in. Lastly, the arch deluxe was mid at best and not worth the $, go to BK and get a whopper instead.

  Got the new arch burger tonight shot a couple professional pics 📸 of the new burger before they closed 10/10 burger the manger that was in tonight extremely helpful and made make getting a burger a breeze didn't even have to wait to long. Definitely

  If 0 stars was possible I would give that as my rating! Pulled into the parking lot at 5:10 am was greeted within 5 mins they asked for me to give them a minute so I did. It then takes 20 more minutes before I was spoken to again. However they helped numerous people from the second lane who came long after I was already at the speaker box waiting. Then when she finally returned to the speaker she was very rude and making excuses saying she’s the only one working (which I’ve worked in places where we were understaffed so I understand. I was however never allowed to be as snappy as she was) she said after I tried to inform her that I’d been waiting for over 30 minutes just to speak and she immediately had the rebuttal “you can cancel your order and go to another mc Donald’s if you want” Mind you I was waiting so long that I placed a pickup order. Order was placed at 5:25 am it is now 5:59 am and I’m just now telling them my pickup order (worth mentioning that was not the same woman as before) Customer service 0/10 staff needs better training on how to respect customers as well as their time

  Food is almost never warm every time. I started requesting « cook to order » because of this issue. They log it in as « special request » and no one pays attention to it. I gave them about 4 tries before making a complaint to the guy at the second window handing me my food. He took my receipt to see it indeed says special order, then looked me dead in the eyes and said, « you get what you get. you order food it comes to the window I hand it over to you, end of story. bye! » I will not spending my money on subpar lukewarm food here again, and I don’t think you should either.
