- BSBryon Strong3 days ago1.0This morning did my mobile order at the hotel before I left like every morning then I get to McDonald’s and I can’t find my code then tell me the system is down. They’re only taking cash, but I already paid through the mobile app they tell me come to the window where I sat for 10 minutes. Nobody came to the window, poor mismanagement McDonald’s I’ve ever been to Manager needs fired!!!

- SSSheilaMar 13, 20264.0I go in the middle of the night mostly and the night manager is the greatest, usually my order is correct and the food is great, here lately my order has been completely wrong, my food was cold and I lost almost $12, I got tired of fighting so I said oh well, its just $12. I'm going to give them another chance because of the night manager, he's that great of a manager. I hope they get it right this time.
