  They always have an attitude like you asked them to apply. Today at 2:12 pm the Latin lady in the second window handing out food opened her window and asked me “what do you want” mad cause she passed out the wrong order then gone say she don’t have the order on her screen the RECALL button would help with that they need to restafffffffffr!!! Dangerous!!!

  Ms. Jeanette’s service is BEYOND good! She’s so nice and lively. She even brought our food to our table (which she didn’t have to do) and I love how her energy is so vivacious! I will 100% recommend and I will 100% be eating here again! ✨✨✨

  Ordered through the mobile app, was going to try the Big Arch for the first time but for some reason they were accepting third party vendor orders. That makes absolutely no sense why would you only be accepting those orders. Never go to this one if you want McDonalds they always are on some sort of bs only reason I went there was because my normal one had no power.

  Decided to try that new big arch Burger I ordered my sandwich told them no pickles I decided to check my food they only gave me one slice of cheese so I had to go back in there and get the rest of my cheese soon as I get home and relax take a bite out of my burger there's a square piece of brown paper between my meat, so I brought my food back got my money back, the manager did not care she just said what you want I just told her I would like my money back and will not be returning to this McDonalds
