  Not a great experience. I ordered a tuna sub, and since I don’t like my tuna hot, I asked if I could have just the bread and cheese toasted. I was denied for reasons unknown. I received my cold sub with cheese hanging off the side and most of the tuna clumped in the middle. Very disappointing considering I haven’t been to Jimmy John’s in years. I probably won’t be back for several more.

  They food quality is good but this the slowest location I have ever encountered.

  The person on the phone was beyond rude. Disrespectful and did not know his job. He was unable to give me an estimate and was very rude in obtaining my info. I tried to have a pleasant tone but no success. Never order with them again
