  Do not place an order here. You will be scammed. I placed an order directly on their website and did not receive my food. They told me that they sent my food through a third-party Uber Eats or doordash. When the food never came. They would not give me a refund or replace my order. Do not order from here! They were very rude, no managers, no customer service. Worse experience I have ever had will not be ordering from this location again.

  Sandwich was supposed to have tomatoes. When I told the employee the tomatoes were missing I was told that they were out of tomatoes. No apology, refund, or anything. Wish I was told that prior to paying when I ordered. Nearly $10 for bread lettuce and skimpy cold cuts isn’t worth it.

  Ordered an unwich at 11am for 12:30-12:45 delivery. My order was out for delivery at 11:55am and didn't deliver until 1:27pm. My meal is warm and soggy. I called the store and they had terrible attitudes about it and couldn't tell me how much longer it would be. I will encourage everyone in our office complex not to use Jimmy Johns. This was NOT freaky fast.

  I ordered a veggie sandwich and clearly they don’t read instructions. I asked them to cut the sandwich in to half and they didn’t do it. Sandwich is really dry with no mayo in it. I will never order from this location
