    Employee was rude. I told him the name on my pickup order and he said it didn’t come in yet then walked away. Obviously it had gone through because it took less than 1 minute after that for him to make my sandwich. He then threw my sandwich on the counter and called my name. My food wasn’t even in a bag.

    The guy today wasn't approachable, not even a I'll be right with you. When I got my order he didn't even say hi I told him I had a pickup order and still no words.

    Warning: do not call to get updates unless you want unwarranted disrespect. I called to see an ETA for my delivery as it had been 30 minutes and the sandwich hadn't even left the store and was rudely cut off in the middle of asking if there was an estimated time or if it was still unsure. The worker simply said "yup. we're obviously busy." with horrible attitude which was not needed. As someone who works in a busy restaurant as a server I understand when places are busy and things take longer but I do not understand when people are rude for no reason. do better.

    Ordered for delivery at 2:55p and waited an hour and twenty minutes with no movement on the app. Called at 4:20 because it still was marked as "preparing" online. Took a while for somebody to answer the phone and then when they did, I was told my order was voided immediately after putting it in because they had no delivery drivers. No phoncecall, no notifications — nothing. I just sat around waiting for nothing for almost an hour and a half. Disappointing how downhill JJs has gone after using 3rd party for deliveries. Could have at least called customers for voided orders so I had time to order something else. On top of that, I had to MAKE sure they gave me my refund because it was still showing on my card Awful service all around. Not the first time this has happened. Don't bother unless you're dining in.

    Don’t even give me a chance to speak on the phone. Hung up on me. Sounded like a young man who didn’t want to be there. Me and my bridesmaids just wanted a little something to eat while we waited for the men to come back from town. Unbelievable service.
