  We ordered on Uber EATS, and forgot to mark the option for the complimentary ranch they give you with your wings. Not the additional one you pay for. I called up there for it to be placed in the bag with the driver, I explained I was sending this to someone who doesn’t have a vehicle in that area. I would like it added. The employee told me no bc it wasn’t on my receipt. A FREE ranch lol, I asked to speak with the supervisor and they refused to get one the phone. Customer service was terrible, over-talking me and also saying “well you can just come in and get it”. Mind you this is over the complimentary ranch comes with the wings. So I get off the phone and the order is incorrect and old! So not only did they argue about the complimentary ranch the food was incorrect. So I had to order my friend another meal from somewhere else bc it was wrong.

  Went into the store for a pickup. Both employees completely ignored me. The female was right in front of me behind the counter simply looking elsewhere and inspecting an order, the man was eating his food at a table. When she was done, I asked if that order she inspected was for my pickup name only for the man to say you have to sign in with your initials. I assumed this was odd but did it because that location may have been dealing with theft issues. Anyway, he drops a cup and a carrier in front of me. I get the drink, place it in the carrier, then she gets the order and places it in front of me. The same person who placed the carrier in front of me which I used came back and said “that’s a 4 carrier, you don’t get it”. The lady giggles. At this point, I am completely disgusted by the behavior from both of them. That man does not deserve to be employed there. That lady simply needs training. Date is 02/05 at about 9 pm.

  Do not eat here, this place gave me food poisoning went here 1/26/26 and I’m just now recovering, Idk if it was contamination or not cooking the food properly but this place gave me and my family food poisoning DONT EAT HERE!!!

  Me my mom and sister ate at this wing stop yesterday. The food wasn’t bad. But after eating like 30 minutes late my stomach started to hurt really bad, and so as my mom and sister. The next day me and my sister both got food poisoning from the wings and THREW UP. Not sure if they just wasn’t cleaning their food or their hands but all three of us got sick from them wings…
