I do not recommend this location the staff members are extremely unprofessional, and provide poor customer service. The humiliation is something I have never encountered. If you want to be treated like a human with excellent customer service, compassion, fresh and delicious food visit the Hilliard location. Armani will go above and beyond.

The chicken was still pink inside and when I returned to get a flrefund for this trash food the manager told me I would have to wait until the morning g to get my refund. I gave her my number and was brushed off as if she did not care about my refund or the possibility of salmonella. I waited 3 days and no call so I went up there to talk with the GM and he informed me that in order to get a refund it takes 5 to 7 business days for me to recieve a refund. Very unprofessional very shady business practices from this business. I had to state my frustration in order to get my money back. DO NOT BUY OR DEAL WITH THIS BRAND YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE A REFUND FOR YOUR ORDER AND IF YOU HAVE LIMITED FUNDS AND THEY COOK YOUR OREDER WRONG OR THEY GIVE YOU SOMEONE ELSES FOOD YOU WILL BE BROKE AND HUNGRY WAITING ON THIS COMPANY TO ISSUE YOU A REFUND. THE MANAGERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ISSUE REFUNDS ONLY HIGHER UPS SO SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR NERVES GO ELSE WHERE AND BUY THERE FOOD SERIOUSLY SAVE YOUR MONEY
