  It’s Sunday, March 1st 9:57pm. I went through the drive through & they’re claiming, they’re ONLY taking door dash & mobile orders at the time. There store hours show they close at 1am. Very inconvenient & unprofessional. Wendy’s location- town & country, Columbus Ohio-Whitehall

  Not only the open late but the also close early which is not part of their open hours or closing hours , they stop serving food to people at 9pm where as the close at 1am , I hope chick fil a take over your business , I will complain to your corporate office and I hope your manager sees this cuz I have 20 things to tell him or she. Because your employees are clearly not doing their job

  Very small, not clean, portions small and food wasn't hot. Skip it and go to taco bell.

  Went to the drive through, waited over 20 mins to pay. Get to the window, employee didn’t know what order was mine, no one had anything ready, and the kitchen reeked of weed.

  AI takes your order but it's somehow less efficient. Just get rid of it, slow times, couple of sandwiches made wrong. Going inside is even slower than drive thru, food just sits but they're always scrambling for drive thru (which is skeets backed up)
