    Rude employees right in front of the manager who also had a attitude because they didn’t get my order right craziest part I rated this place 5 stars when it first opens it’s been terrible every since

    My experience here was ALMOST completely ruined by a VERY rude woman named Monique but saved by a woman named Cierra (Sierra?). I had been told to pull up for my food and we were forgotten about. We sat there for 25 minutes and multiple cars passing before going to the window. Monique was on her way out of the building and she got very rude with me. She claimed she was a manager however had absolutely no professionalism or respect for customers. She made it to where I never wanted to go there again. Then a very very nice woman name Cierra (Sierra?) came out and very nicely apologized for her coworkers behavior and offered to remake our food (as it wasn’t very hot) and give us a refund for having to wait so long. I thanked her repeatedly, she is a GREAT employee. She said she was a manager but she should be even higher up she handled the situation EXACTLY how a manager should and I wanted to give her the well deserved praise. Monique needs to be demoted if she is a manager. Thank you for reading.

    Went thru the drive thru and they didn't put my BBQ sauce in the bag, I asked the lady at the window for one and she said she put one in the bag, had to dump all my food out to show her and she finally she gave me a sauce. She never gave me a straw or napkins and messed up my drink but at that time after waiting 20 minutes for a $5 biggie bag and arguing about a sauce, I just left. First and last time I will ever be there. The drive thru lady needs fired. Wendys you all need to investigate this store, there are too many bad reviews for a brand new store and also had a good friend tell me the drive thru lady literally cussed at her for asking for a sauce so she also told me she will never go back to this location.

    Look. I know this is a new location, so I've been trying to givevthem the benefit of the doubt, but yikes!!! No bacon or cheese on my daughters junior bacon cheeseburger, I got a dry and cold chicken sandwich instead of my burger. Cold fries and cold nuggets.

    If I could leave zero stars I would. My children’s youth group leaders tried stopping in this evening to place an order at this brand new Wendy’s that should be showing top-tier customer friendly service being brand new in the area, however, due to the faulty AI service in the drive-thru continuing to mix-up the orders and unable to properly place this simple order, they proceeded to the window to try obtaining better service from the physical customer service representative. This ordeal escalated when the customer service rep stated they could not physically help these customers as they were only accepting orders made by the AI automated service and they would not help. After this further escalated and the manager on duty approached who should have been more than happy to help de-escalate this situation and grant positive customer-friendly leadership skills, this so-called female “manager” further iterated to this youth group and youth group leaders that (and I quote) “this is 2025, I am black, and I do not have to listen to you!”. Followed by both employees concluding to this youth group and their leaders, that they have to leave the facility because they called the AI system dumb and would not order from it. This behavior is completely disrespectful, unprofessional, and a disgrace to Wendy’s. No racial discrimination should ever be made at all in this day and age, degrading remarks towards customers, and employees arguing with any happy paying customers, especially as someone in a management position who should show their staff excellence in customer service. No wonder the staff treats customers the way they do, when they follow so-called leaders that act like this.
