When I got to the second window she handed me the sandwich immediately, confused, I asked “Was it still 6 minutes?” She immediately got an attitude with me and said “it just came out of the fryer and closed the window on me. The sandwich was good, but her attitude and disrespect was not good. I’ve worked service industry so I usually just let things like this go, but to be so unnecessarily rude when I’m being really chill rubbed me the wrong way.

I wasn’t the one being helped, but watching that interaction reminded me how powerful simple compassion can be. The world needs more people like him. Acts like that don’t go unnoticed, and they make a bigger impact than he probably realizes. Thank you for hiring someone who leads with kindness.
