  The drive thru was busy so we waited in line about 20 minutes, which was fine. But the lady that gave me my food almost threw it at me, then she slammed the window closed! With not as much as a hello or thank you. That truly irritated me! I called to speak with the manager and the guy that answered the phone said, "she's kind of busy." No message taken or best time to call. I understand, they were busy but the utter rudeness is preposterous! We are all trying to make it, a little kindness goes a long way! A. Neely Columbus Ohio

  I came to this Wendy’s on East Broad Street before midnight, even though they close at 1 AM, and the staff refused to take my order. They said only one person was working, but I could clearly see three employees inside. When I politely asked why they weren’t taking orders, the employee cussed at me and used the F-word. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.they refused my order 11:59 not only me a lot of costumer by driving through I have recorded a video if you the management are need I’m just sent this message Time 12:10 11/15/2025

  Will never return back to this Wendy’s until you take the AI ordering system away. The experience was absolutely terrible and all I want to do is speak to a human to order my lunch. What a hassle. Do better Wendy’s.

  Lazy and rude. I rarely eat fast food. Last night we had a long night and couldn't eat dinner until around 10:30pm, so we went to Wendy's. I placed an online order and rolled through the drive thru. The self-proclaimed manager at this location on 11/2/2025 @ 10:30pm told me that they're not taking any new orders due to staff shortage (1.5 hours before close, no one in the parking lot or drive thru). I promptly told her that I had an online order. She then tells me that it's not showing up on her screen, and that I need to call corporate for a refund. But, I'm fairly certain that they just didn't want to make the food because they already said they were "short staffed". I offered to pull up and show her my phone, and confirmed the location, but she refused. She then refused to tell me her name. All I wanted was a 10 piece chicken nugget, and they didn't close for another hour and a half. So I did call corporate.. just not for a refund. Imo she shouldn't have a job if she doesn't want to work. Horrible customer service. Absolute bottom of the barrel.

  The slowest wendy I've ever been to. We only ordered a frosty and we had to pull up out of the drive through line for them to be prepare our order. Like what are the workers doing in there?? Mind you, AI took the orders so it's not like theyre taking the order and being backed up from someone taking the order. This is a good definition of people going to work for only a paycheck and not wanting to do the work. Never coming to this location again. How hard is it to make 1 frosty?
