Not to mention the food was under cooked and stale, the get ai to take care of ordering but the inside can't compute, go figure.

In the driverthrough They rely entirely too much on the automated system and I have issues every time i come in. I once absolutely struggled through a whole order, without anyone real chiming in to help. I apparently wasn’t using the right words for it to move to the next meal so it would modify the one i had already ordered. Or added the wrong thing to the meal. I know they were listening because when i made a comment about it the person said “ i could tell. ” Unfortunately it takes way too long to get acknowledged when i try to come inside to avoid the drive thru frustrations and getting started by the system yelling “how can i help you”
