    Went to this location for breakfast, the lady at the window was very rude. I used the $2 off coupon and she huffed about having to scan it, then took my card and left the window area for close to 3 minutes and my husband asked for a receipt and she didn’t provide one but she quickly shut the window and left.

    After checking my order and found that my sauce was missing for the nuggets I told the front desk who was this Mexican lady that I don’t have the sauce. I kid you not she started to DIG THRU MY BAG and ask what sauce, which I answered the hot sauce, and then she feel the need to look at the receipt one more time. Why? Because you don’t trust me? She then gave me the sauce with no apology. When I asked her for another one she said “50 cents.” I’ve never had a staff ask me to pay for an extra sauce. This is unacceptable customer service. DO NOT go to this Wendy’s until the staff here is replaced.

    After spending two hours in traffic I thought I'd save time and order through the app. By the time I got to Wendy's I really needed to use the restroom, so I went inside. After leaving the restroom the line at the drive through was 10 cars long so I went to the counter to pick up my order rather than through the drive through option I selected in the app. The manager refused to give me my order and told me I had to go through the drive thru. When I got back out to my car the drive-thru line was even longer and I had to wait an additional 10 minutes before I could collect my order. She could have just handed it to me when I was inside. This Wendy's generally has better food than some of the others, but this is just ridiculous making someone wait when they are right there and there is no line inside and an extremely long line in the drive-thru.
