  The use of AI automation ruins the experience placing orders. I and everyone else with any personality, human emotions, or fundamental morals not only prefer speaking with other, real people, but would rather never eat at an establishment that uses automated garbage when trying to place orders for food because corporate is too greedy to employ real people to replace with a cheap imitation of techno slop. Do better Wendy's.

  The order was correct! Not a high bar but one that is often not met. I don't like mayo or mayo based sauces, I get them even when I say I don't want them.

  In our increasingly greedy, post-COVID, corporate-driven world, the Wendy’s inside the OSUMC shines like a rare gem. A bit of an unsung hero inside a busy hospital system. As a loyal customer since pre-COVID time, never once have I experienced a mobile order fail. I am not exaggerating. I simply place my order via their app, walk 10 min down the hall, and it is always ready in the mobile order shelf (double check it’s yours), seemingly unfazed by the line snaking down the hall to the elevators of Doan Hall. Even during the busiest peaks of lunch rush, I observe what appears to be the manager, calmly orchestrating the chaos and leading his team. No raised voices, no visible stress. Simply efficiency and a steady stream of polite “have a nice day”s that feel almost revolutionary in the world of American fast food. Whether you are a night shift RN after a busy 12 hour shift, a hospital visitor on a mission to get dinner for the whole family, or just a hungry human being in need of a Baconator, this Wendy’s delivers. Corporate food execs could learn a lot here about preparation, morale, and the quiet dignity of doing just your job well.

  Rarely gets my order correct. Burger is never fresh! Staff seems friendly.

  The food here is terrible. The fries are overwhelmingly salty—like they dumped the entire Atlantic Ocean into the fryer. The vegetables in their breads aren’t fresh at all, and the portions are tiny.
