  Get rid of AI order taking. Often gets orders wrong, have to repeat order several times and asks too many questions.

  Went to the drive through. The individual handed me my order was disrespectful. I tried making a request for additional sauce. Slammed the window in my face. He didn’t look like he wanted to be there to begin with. Won’t be returning. Service is half the reason I used to enjoy being a Wendy’s customer.

  food was fine, took a while, got 11 ketchup packets, had a sad onion and a third of a pickle (I’m the guy mentioned in Isaiah Rodabaugh’s Review, that is his oreo brownie batter frosty and the drink options present.

  While the interior was nice, the floors look like they had not seen a cleaning service in a ween or more, the drink vending machine was touchy and didnt like to dispense the liquids it had. Not to mention there were many liquids it didn't have, such as anything with sugar. The fries weren't the best, could use more salt, but overall good. The burger was great, no complaints there. My favorite part of Wendy's is the frosty, and they screwed that up. It was a chocolate orea BROWNIE BATTER mix that had no BROWNIE BATTER! They didn't even bother to mix the crushed up oreos they put in the frosty! The worst parts was my friend's service. It took 20 minutes to make a double-stack cheeseburger with medium fries and ended up getting a burger with a singular pickle, stale bun, and half an onion. But hey, at least they gave him 11 ketchup packets.

  Cold fries EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I shouldn't have to request fresh fries I just no longer go to Wendy's.
