Just skip this particular Wendy’s. At this point it’s funny how bad it is so I am taking the time to say something. But hate reviews, just know the baconator fries come w 2 Kraft singles and a strip of bacon.

As the only fast food in central Clintonville, it’s not like most people are choosing between going here or someplace else - it’s more like do I want to make a sandwich at home or try the drive thru. Service can be slow, possibly because this is now one of the smaller Wendy’s out there despite many renovations over the years. But the quality is always consistent, and it’s nice to have the option of having them there.

Stopped at 10:00pm Saturday. Drive through was empty but was told to come inside to order. Simple order medium fries and medium frosty.
The place was criminally understaffed. Two people.
Waited 40 minutes and never received my order. Watched them take drive through orders and fill those before mine as well as multiple door dash ordered.
I ended up leaving without my food.
Felt bad for the employees but this will honestly be the last time I stop there.

Stopped at 5:45pm on a Sunday. Extremely slow service. There were multiple cars ahead of me still waiting for food after I had paid and gotten mine. Ordered Sweet and Sour Sauce with my chicken nuggets and received 2 packets of Sweet Chili Sauce instead. Ordered a Double Stack and received a Double Stack with Bacon.
