The Staff here are always really friendly and professional, I'm a regular of the morning staff and they always remember my name and even my order down to the condiments I get on the side, highly recommend

They charged me for toppings then forgot to put them on. When I returned the food they claimed it was on there and they added more. They clearly forgot but instead of just correcting it the manager tried to make it seem like I didn't notice the toppings on there. That is a fail in customer service. When they did put on toppings, it was barely any on there and the food was hard like it's been sitting out for a while. They are super skimpy when food is expensive.

I went inside at around 1. The service here is great. Very fast and professional. The food was really good here, and hot! I feel like they have a very professional team and everyone is hustling. I would definitely come here again. This is one of the best Wendy's I've visited, and is not even a standalone store, is inside a gas station.

This has to be the worst Wendys I’ve been to in Columbus and I’ve been to ones down in the Hilltop and the Bottoms. The staff is okay, sometimes you get someone nice, sometimes you get someone who clearly has no desire to be there and does not care about your order. The food is awful. The sandwiches are slapped together, you may get what you order, you may get something different. They constantly are out of stuff. Today, they didn’t have potatoes, tea or cookies. Their Coke Zero was so out, it was almost the same color as tea and no one thought that was a problem. If you live near it, drive the extra and go to the one on Renner. This one is not worth it.
