    I was very disappointed with my recent visit to this Wendy’s. The burger I received was not fully cooked and the meat looked raw, which made me worry about food safety. The soda also tasted off, almost flat or like the syrup was wrong, so it was not enjoyable. Additionally, the drive-thru cashier was rude and dismissive, barely acknowledging my order and responding curtly when I mentioned the issues. I hope management will check their cooking procedures, drink machines, and train staff on customer service so this does not happen to other customers.

    Forgot 2 of my sandwiches. Had to drive 20 minutes back to get them. But it was my fault they were never put in the bag.

    The manager on duty Jessica was so sweet to us. We enjoyed our visit very much. We are from out of state, we appreciate the hospitality and the friendlness of the associates. Yes, we would definitely come back to this location if we end up doing another project here in Ohio. 😀

    Well I ordered a baconator and I got one little peace of hamburger on a bun with 2 peaces of Bacon mayo and ketchup lol like my jr bacon cheeseburger was bigger n even tasted better I asked the lady at the service window what the sandwich was and she stated she don't know with an attitude she didn't make it.... I wish I could post a picture of the sandwich I was charged over $6.00 for the sandwich I know it wasn't right and she wasn't trying to hear nothing

    Always wrong items or missing. I placed an order online when pickup they said not to show the order the manager yelled at me when I picked up at the drive-thru windows. This is the worst service. They are telling me to cancel the order but I can't cancel then no food was given.
