  Walking in to an empty store and you see employees cleaning and working while nobody’s looking. Our food and smoothies were delicious and the staff was very polite and kind to everyone. They worked well together during a rush of about 8 customers all at once and handled it effectively. Everything is super clean and welcoming! Can’t wait to be a regular.

  I order Tropical Smoothie several times a week from other locations. I order this location for my office while at work, a large order. I called because they have taken the feature away on the app to put who a smoothie is for or if there are allergies. I let them know one just needs to be labeled with no mango due to allergies. The girl I spoke to also WROTE on the receipt that it should also not have "OJ, pineapple, or mango" so it was literally just banana ice water. When the food arrives, one of my sandwiches was poorly made with sauce literally just put on top of the whole thing after closed and wrapped in paper and one was just not there. I called the store to inform them, and both employees I spoke with did not speak hardly any English, and the girl wanted fight with me. I told her I was not going to fight over what they did wrong and I wanted a refund. Finally after repeating myself no less than five times to the two of them, I was told I would be getting a refund but he would not confirm anything further before hanging up, if I do not get a refund I will be taking my complaints above to corporate because this was absolutely insane. EDIT: To follow up, I did have to call corporate. During this call, which occurred nearly five hours after the issue, again I had never received a confirmation about refund from the store. I get a text message to my personal phone from an unknown number: two pictures of a computer screen with an incorrect refund amount on it and my receipt. This occurrence I also shared with corporate because it is wildly inappropriate to text customers personally and frankly, cryptically. Corporate told me that it would be up to 7 business days before I see it reflected, but it has to be processed through the original store. If that does not happen, I will be calling again and reporting this store. The unprofessionalism from both the owner of this location and the staff is wild beyond belief and I would recommend driving to literally ANY other Tropical Smoothie before visiting this location.

  This place is always clean and always has great customer service! Smoothies and breakfast bites are top notch :D

  Great customer service. I have a joyful time every time I get a smoothie. The staff there are very friendly and caring. They are very fast and I haven't had any problems the food or drinks.

  I have been to this location multiple times and i just want to say that Tajayah is very respectful and her smoothies are always on point and delicious! She has a great smile that makes you want to smile. I would recommend for her to make your smoothie every time because she never disappoints! Also Andrew is really nice and fast!
