- MMMoSep 25, 20251.0So ridiculous. I’m a new customer and downloaded the app last week to get a free smoothie. I had driven all the way to this location and didn’t realize my coupon expired all for them to tell me they couldn’t take it. The lady was rude about it too. Ridiculous how they can’t honor something like that. Not great customer service at all.

I was really surprised and actually disappointed. You would think that a "healthy" type place would have at least one option for different diets. There were absolutely none! Very odd

Don’t love the feeling of restaurant employees staring you down and laughing or failing to say hello when you walk into the place. This has been a consistent issue when I go to this location.

My daughter and I walked in and were initial people to order, then 8 people who walked in after us all got their orders first, including online orders, etc..... We waited for 50 minutes to get our food, and then the wrap wasn't cut all the way through. We ended up almost finishing our smoothies before the food was ready. Worst experience at a Tropical Smoothie location.
