We reserved a bay the day prior. We were placed in a bay on the bottom floor in the corner. Out of 20 balls hit, only 6 hits actually registered. And what was management’s solution to their equipment not working? Free water, an apology, and a recommendation to call corporate on a weekday to get our deposit back. And the kicker? The waiter acknowledged that this bay has had many problems (as did the facilities staff). But even so, as we were walking out they had another family ready to take our place. Shame on you, Top Golf. For a place where a tab of $200 is pretty normal for a 2 hour reservation, you really shouldn’t treat your returning customers like they are complete idiots.

It was a tad bit chilly due to the open environment but standing under the heaters really helps with that. We were kinda bummed that they would not allow one plate of home made cookies to be brought in stating something about allergy risks to others. The food is ok but nothing to write home about. I can see going again but not too often as the pricing is high.
