  This is honestly one of the worst Tbells I have ever been to. On many more than one occasion, have had issues with 1) extreme wait times(I’m talking 30+min), rude staff, incorrect orders, and just general disregard for the customer. Went inside, as the drive thru line was long. Waited at the counter for over 5min until somebody finally came. They told me to use the kiosk, that I already would rather not use. Decide to use it, and it, quite literally would not work to do what I wanted it to do. Simply substitute extra black beans in place of beef. Staff did not care. Told me to go through the drive thru. I live near this location, and have tried to give them a chance a few times, as my wife prefers their food, but this is, genuinely, probably the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to, consistent over the past year.

  Waited nearly 30 minutes in drive through. There was not even one person eating inside.

  These 5 stars are ONLY for Christy (I hope I’m spelling her name right). She was working all alone tonight and I don’t understand why, because it’s so close to a main road, and it wasn’t even midnight yet and they close at 3. Our food was delicious and she was really nice, and I hope she gets recognition for running a store all by herself, and I hope this store gets staffed properly, so no one has to work alone, late at night especially. Give Christy some praise and a raise!!!

  Been sitting in the drive through for 30 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me. Service was incredibly slow and nothing was done to rectify it nor was there an apology or explanation.

  Slowest fast food restaurant I have ever been to. Definitely the slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. People work in or somewhat friendly just don’t like to wait 25 minutes for tacos
