  I wouldn't even give 1 star. Order was wrong again and no one can answer the phone. How hard is it to give a person the right food? How hard is it to read a screen that says no Chipotle sauce

  Told on a consistent basis that they will only fulfill DoorDash and Mobile orders. The fact that you can’t walk in or use the drive through as a paying customer is ridiculous.

  I accidentally chose the wrong location (this location) and decided to call to see if they could cancel the order or figure out what it was that I could do to either cancel or transfer my online order. Well when I called, I was rudely addressed and hung up on when I was attempting to ask for direction on how to cancel my order. My mother who was right next to me decided to call and address the situation. Overall, poor customer service and I was not impressed with the quality. I have a feeling I won’t be going to this location from here on out.

  They should work better in the employee training and how they treat costumers and delivery drivers too, today was enough to see in a couple minutes how they don’t have professional treat and work harmony

  I’m a dasher and picked up food tonight. They were understaffed and had about 10 drivers in the lobby at once. They were working so hard. They had one on the line and fryers, he was running around like crazy making sure everything was right and everyone was taken care of. Although it was incredibly busy the staff were pleasant and I think they deserve recognition.
