When I called them to get a refund on the item, the Assistant Manager absolutely refused to give a refund for the missing item and was extremely rude. This has happened 2 of the past 3 times, we have picked up an online order at this location. They wanted us to drive back over there (25 minute round trip) for the missing item. My advise is to avoid this location at all times. We will never go back there again!!! Their customer service would rated a ZERO if that was an option!!!
