The staff is often yelling at each other and arguing instead of working together as a team. It feels like the main focus is on break times rather than customer service. This place clearly needs an audit or stronger management oversight. I’ve spent a lot of money here over time and received poor service in return. And that’s just my experience—I can only imagine how many other customers feel the same way.
