  We placed a DoorDash order at 1:30 am, we didn’t get it until 5 am. They handed off the order to two wrong dashers and then refused to remake it multiple times. Insane. 5 hours late for a $90 order

  I ordered through Doordash at around 2:50am; I asked for a Large Sugar Cookie Freeze, a chili cheese burrito, and a cantina chicken burrito. I didn't receive my freeze, which I was informed by my Dasher that they shut down the machine for it at 1am--an hour after my order was placed. No biggie. What I really wanted to complain about is the size of the burritos. It's been a while since I've ordered from Taco Bell by myself since my boyfriend works at another location and I've grown sick of it, but I remember there being more product in the burritos than what I received. I attached a picture comparing the width of my chili cheese burrito to my hand, mind you I'm a very short woman. I'm 5'2. I'm not sure if there has been a cost cutting operation that I've not been aware of or if it's just because I ordered exactly one hour before they closed, but again I'm not satisfied with the portions. I'm still hungry, and I probably won't order $12 worth of food from this location around this time if I'm ever this hungry again.

  employee's boyfriend was trying to sell me weed. just came up to us out of nowhere trying to enjoy our meal. odd and awkward experience

  Worst Taco Bell ever. No proper service, always have to wait more than 30 mins for an order.

  They let me sit there for 7 min waiting at the register staring at me not helping me as my pickup order said it was ready 10 min prior. Then after I finally flagged somebody to help me they said handed it me and it was cold, and the drinks and food were incorrect. Pathetic service
